Description
This package offers a customized actionable plan from a Project Management Professional for existing or prospective projects in your business. This does not include ongoing monitoring services. Billable time includes the creation of an actionable plan, research, identifying KPIs and goals, communication between stakeholders/shareholders, a resource management plan, project closure plan and recommendations.
A Project Management Professional will contact you to schedule a 30-minute consultation to discuss scope and estimated hours needed to complete your business plan. Frequency of follow up consultations thereafter are contingent upon business plan needs.
CONTRACT AGRREMENT
My Business Project final prices are determined by volume requirements, degree of difficulty, and the objective goals. This package includes 10 hours of work. Additional hours of work are set to $35 per hour.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
- Termination without cause. This contract may be terminated by mutual consent of both parties at any time.
- Termination due to dissatisfaction of services provided by The R.I.G.H.T. Words, LLC.
- Termination due to lack of compensation from customer by and agreed upon date.
- Termination due to lack of correspondence from customer, after (7) consecutive days.
- Termination due to inability to provide full service (Responsible Party: The R.I.G.H.T. Words LLC) in the agreed upon time frame.
REFUND POLICY
- No refunds will be awarded for Termination of Contract (a) (c) (d).
- 50% refunds may be awarded for Termination of Contract (b) at the discretion of The R.I.G.H.T. Words, LLC
- 100% refunds will be awarded for Termination of Contract (e).
